Entrepreneurs are not born, they are made!

The journey of two entrepreneurs, Pinal Didwania and Swapnil Naila, is embellished with hard work, determination, grit, focus, and persistence.

What started as an experiment turned into a pot of gold because they were prepared (not for the best but…) for the worst! Their willingness to succeed despite their failures made them grow, stand tall, and fly.

Why The Pencil Advertising?

Though the formation of TPA was a series of chances and serendipity, the purpose behind it was well thought out. The number of performance marketing agencies was proliferating but an agency dedicated to boosting eCommerce performance did not exist. Most eCommerce brands opted for siloed services from different agencies due to the lack of a centralized services provider.

Pinal and Swapnil were quick to spot this gap in the market. Though the services began with eCommerce advertising they soon branched out to cover all bases needed for end-to-end eCommerce operations.

The decision hit the bull’s eye. In a short span of 2 years, they served 150+ clients. Happy clients put out a good word and the rate of growth was unbounded. TPA is now serving international clients as well.
